Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Our process is like this: we’ll help you pick the garments and the decoration style. You’ll tell us how many you need. We can make your art for $40+ an hour or you can provide us art, but it has to be print-ready. We will send you an approval or two: A Quote and an Art Approval (only if we are making your art). Look at these Quote and Art Approvals carefully and let us know if you need any changes. Brass City Ink is NOT responsible for errors or omissions after the Quote or Art Approval has been approved and the job has been printed Then, we’ll either ship your products (at a cost), or you can pick them up for free. We’re not liable for mistakes you made, copyright claims, shipping problems, and some other uncommon issues. Payment is due at time of service. No refunds or exchanges, but still contact us if something is wrong. You can break up with us and we can break up with you, no strings.
