Terms and Conditions: Our process is like this: we’ll help you pick the garments and the decoration style. You’ll tell us how many you need. We can make your art for $40+ an hour or you can provide us art, but it has to be print-ready. We will send you an approval or two: A Quote and an Art Approval (only if we are making your art). Look at these Quote and Art Approvals carefully and let us know if you need any changes. Brass City Ink is NOT responsible for errors or omissions after the Quote or Art Approval has been approved and the job has been printed Then, we’ll either ship your products (at a cost), or you can pick them up for free. The legal jargon says: Using our services means you agree to these terms. We’ll protect your info. We’re not liable for mistakes you made, copyright claims, shipping problems, and some other uncommon issues. Payment is due at time of service. No refunds or exchanges, but still contact us if something is wrong. You can break up with us and we can break up with you, no strings.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Some merch store orders may not be eligible for exchange. Please contact us to request your refund or exchange.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of completion, Monday – Friday. Merch store pre orders will begin shipping 2 weeks after the pre order closes. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $1,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries.
